LI: to cope with challenges
We learnt how to face our challenges and experience / attempt them. We looked at three different types of challenges. Physical challenges which is like trying new sports and more. Mental challenges are like Maths, Reading, Writing and more. Our activity was to pick a situation or scenario from one of the three different types of challenges. We had to write what we would be feeling and how we would cope. This was a group task.
