LI: to complete the Summer Learning Journey
For this activity we imagined that John Kirwan, Mike King and/or the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge called us up and asked us to design a new poster for their organisation. On our blog, we had to post a final copy of our poster and include a description of the poster. We had to write what was on the poster, and why did we include the words and the pictures. ReplyDeleteKia ora Chris,
ReplyDeleteI really like the blog you created for mental health awareness. It's so important for not only ourselves to know, but for everyone to know it's always okay to ask for help.
What organisations do you know of that support Mental Health?

Hi Chris! I love your poster design, and the vibe it gives off. I'd decide to make mine more of an information poster, and tried filling up the page with information. But even without that, I'd still believe this could be a real poster. And I find that the "It's okay to ask for help." text definitely connects to the "Heads Together" organisation, because they're helping people who struggle with Mental Health issues to come out from hiding and just to know it's okay. I'd love to heard more about the meaning behind each part of the poster...Great job!
ReplyDeleteHey Chris,
ReplyDeleteI like the poster that you have created on the issue of mental health. I think that it is a pretty serious problem and needs to be handled properly and so many people have depression or other mental health issues like that. What are the names of the foundations that support mental health?
