Summary of Wahine

LI: To explain in fewer words what the text is about.

 

 This week for Reading, myself and my Reading group Kakapo summarised a text. The text we summarised was "Escape from Wahine". We summarised our text by first listing 20 important words from the story, after we then listed the six most important words from the list of twenty. We then used the six most important words to write a couple of sentences to summarise the story.
