We first started off by doing a quick warm - up on "Sets". We then started off by learning the technique of the serving. We learned both over - arm and under - arm. We then play a game. There was one server, and people on the other side. The server had to serve it to the people so they could catch it. When caught they had to go to the other side, to help the server. For the next round instead of catching the serve, we had to set the ball back to the other side of the net. We then played a game, the first game was a normal game. But then the second game was elimination, if you missed the set or didn't get it over then net you were eliminated.
