To continue our Distance Learning we continued our research on influential people. Our person was Dame Whina Cooper, a Maori activist for Maori land rights who was very inspiring to other people. She was very commited and dedicated as she had commited her whole life into these morals. It was very fun and interesting to research about her, and it was fun being able to collaborate with my friends.

ReplyDeleteI agree with you that Dame Whina Coopeer was a very inspiring woman.She had a huge impact on the future of Maori and Paheka working together so we could coexist. She never gave up on her beliefs and was an outstanding leader with great determination. Well Done
