LI: to learn how to persevere
This week was the second week for Perseverance. Perseverance is when you are frustrated and you need something calm yourself down. We also talked about how we could calm ourselves down so we said things like: listen to music, meditate, breath in and out, and more.

After that we went into our energizer which was called Add Master. It was like master and rock, paper, scissors combined. So we would be in a circle, then one person would have to compete with someone in the circle, then they would have to put out a number of fingers, and the first one to add up both numbers and say it continued around the circle. How that showed us perseverance was when we would add the numbers up but get the answer wrong, being too slow to say the answer, and a lot more.

Then we talked, who has been frustrated. Then we talked about more stuff on how to calm ourselves down like: reading a book, sit down and think, sleep, eat and more stuff.

Later we went into our activity. Which was called "Card Tower". We got into four groups and had to make a tower with the cards we had. But we couldn't be frustrated and had to show perseverance. But when we started the game everyone was already frustrated. The game showed us even the littlest things can make people frustrated.
