Kiwi Can

LI: to show perseverance and resilience
This week was the last week we were talking about perseverance and resilience. What we first talked about was what is perseverance. Perseverance is when you never give up, because when you try not to give up there is always disappointment, and frustration coming to your way. After we talked about resilience, resilience is kind of part of perseverance. It is because you never give up and bounce back to your challenge.

After that we got into our energizer. Which was called "Tangle". So first one person would be in and have to tag someone. Then they would have to make a chain when tagging more people. But only the two people at the end of the chain can tag. We played two rounds. After that we talked about how we didn't show perseverance and resilience in that activity. We didn't show perseverance because people started giving up because of frustration. How people got frustrated were because people in the chain would start to go for different people and the chain would break or go in different ways.

Then after that we started playing a game called "Invisible Touch". We had two teams and they would have to be in a line parallel to each other. One of the Kiwi can leaders would say a number and the amount of numbers they say, the amount of people in the front have to go. Someone also has to say that someone had the invisible ball. You can't pass the ball to your teammate. The only way you can get the ball from someone is tagging them. Then you would have the ball. You can't tag back to the person who tagged you. After that we talked about how it frustrated us and how we didn't show perseverance and resilience.
