LI: to write a persuasive speech
This week for Writing we wrote another argument. We did an argument about who would win in a fight. A Manticore or Asian Dragon. We had to write a full exposition about it. We wrote it in a persuasive planner. The structure was OREO. O meant for opinion, R meant reason, E meant explanation, and the other O meant opinion again. So when we finished our persuasive writing about who would win, we had to recite our exposition. We also had teams. So Asian Dragon Team and the Manticore Team. We had a scoreboard about who persuaded Mr Wong most. Whoever had the most points won.
