Keyboarding Drill

LI: to learn how to type with the correct fingers
This week I went onto a website that taught me how to keyboard. I learned where to put my fingers at. You put your left hand at:
Your left pinkie on A
Your left ring finger on S
Your left middle finger on D
Your left index finger on F
Then we put our right hand on:
Your right pinkie on the semi colon which is ;
Your right ring finger on L
Your right middle finger on K
Your right index finger on J
In between your two index fingers there are G and H. You also type those with your index finger. On F and J there are little bumps. You have to put your index finger on those.

  1. Great learning. It's important to be able to type correctly to be able to get really quick at typing. It's great you are practising this skill. I look forward to seeing more of the learning you and your class shares. Mrs Davan (Paparore School - Waipapakauri).
