For our Step it Up Challenge for the We Will Rise challenge we had to record us reciting or singing the chorus we recreated. The chorus we recreated was from the song "We Will Rise" made by the students of Mangere College. The meaning behind my lyrics are to keep striving to your goal and go as high as possible. Fly High meant to keep on striving and go straight for your goals. Soaring through the sky symbolized the obstacles you have to go over or through. Let everything flow by meant let all the negativity and people pushing you down flow by and let them go.

When I was in primary school, we had a school song that was all about being brave, smart, and kind. Do you have a school song? If not, what things do you think should be included in a school song?
